As soon as you submit your deposit, you will receive an automatic welcome letter from me along with a link to the Retreat Readiness Application Form that must be completed and sent back to me in order to finalize and confirm your enrollment. This form helps me know more about the members of our group and to make any necessary adjustments. (See cancallation policy below.)

NOTE: If a retreat has already sold out and has not been so noted herein, I will immediately notify you by email and refund your deposit 100%. If for any reason your Retreat Readiness Application Form is incomplete, or if you or I consider this retreat inappropriate for you, once your application form is reviewed, you will be contacted and refunded your deposit. It is important that your Retreat Readiness Application Form be sent in right away with your deposit before you are fully enrolled in retreat. You will receive an email link to this form after you make your deposit...or you may click on the link above and do so now.
Home prep will begin shortly after registration and is something you can do at your own pace and chosen degree of participation by way of an online retreat forum. This has been a great way to get to know one another before the retreat itself and to really deepen and empower what you receive from this retreat. In fact, many group members continue these new friendships and share in their continuing discoveries and journey long after the retreat has ended...

*Cancellation Policy:
If cancellations are made in writing and confirmed 6 weeks (or more) prior to the program start date, then 80% of your paid fee may be refuned only if your spot can be filled (which I make every effort to do).. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, unless for any reason, I need to cancel, in which case you wll be given the choice of refund or application to a future program. Cancellation within 4 weeks of a retreat date are non-refundable. Airfare or other travel costs are never reimbursed as part of a cancelled retreat. (SEE TRIP INSURANCE OPTIONS BELOW)
DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN INSURE YOUR TRIP IN THE EVENT OF NECESSARY CANCELLATION? For those who would like to insure your retreat trip with a cancellation policy, I am told this online site is good to work with: insuremytrip.com (have had Access America and Travel Guard recommended but no personal experience or connection with them.)
**Privacy & Self-Reponsibility:
Your privacy is always protected. I will NOT share your email or any other private information unless you expressedly give permission (such as testimonials). When we share information with other group members as part of the workshop preparation, you will always be made completely aware that this is it's use. Anything you share with me in private will remain that way unless you give permission otherwise, or in the special case where I may be bound by professional ethics to intervene for your own or another's physical safety (such as danger to self or others).
Self-Responsibilty:
You are responsible for appropriate care and judgements concerning your own physical and emotional wellbeing with regard to signing up for any of my programs of apprenticeship and spiritual self-realization facilitation. If you are under the care of a physician or taking medications for emotional or physical conditions, be sure to check with your attending physician and notify me of conditions I may need be apprised of for your own safety or the wellbeing of others. I am available to talk with your physican if need be and I strongly request that you respect yourself and me and this work by taking full responsibilty for your own wellbeing and in determining if you are in shape and ready for this spiritual inner self realization work. If you are in doubt, please let me know in your application process and we will discuss.
